Health and Safety Protocols
The health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors and staff are very important to us. The Toronto Motorcycle Show will be following public health authorities guidelines.
We ask that you help us keep the facility safe for everyone by following the guidelines set. In addition to the following guidelines, the Toronto Motorcycle Show will be practicing social distancing.
The Enercare Centre will be cashless. Cashless payment technology will be the only form of payment at the facility. Parking kiosks, food vendors and exhibitor services will only accept cashless payments.
There will be no box office on site to purchase tickets to attend the Toronto Motorcycle Show. All tickets must be purchased online.
Please note that there will be designated entrances and exits at the facility and the show.

What to expect when you arrive at the show.
Proof of Vaccination.
When you enter the building, all attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, staff, and service providers will be asked to provide proof of vaccination (two does to enter the facility (two doses plus 14 days) along with government issued identification. Children under 12 years of age and those with a verified medical exemption will be exempted from these requirements.
Mask or Face Covering Required
It is mandatory that everyone wear a mask or face covering inside The Enercare Centre at all times, subject to exemptions in designated areas.
Health Symptom Screening
All attendees, exhibitors and staff entering the facility will be asked to complete a COVID-19 health symptom screening questionnaire before entering the premises.
The Toronto Motorcycle Show will be implementing timed-entry tickets in order to space out crowds and help us provide social distancing. Please note that a timing ticket will guarantee entry into the show, you may experience additional wait times at the door. We suggest you arrive at the facility 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Should you need to leave the building and need to re-enter, there will be hand stamps provided.
All attendees, exhibitors and staff will be asked to provide contact information (name, phone number and email) for contact tracing. The ticket purchaser will be the primary contact and is expected to have the contact information for their entire group. This information will appear on on-line tickets and exhibitor badge confirmation and only require verification.
We will be increasing our cleaning schedule and will be disinfecting high-touch areas. There will be hand sanitizer stations throughout the facility.
